Ego has been unavailable for many years. It features two of
Keith Alexander's most popular themes
- the desert gemsbok and abandoned ruins in the desert. The
title of the work refers
to the two gemsbok heads - it is alive, it is also dead. The
vibrant colours and strong
light serve to bring home the harshness of the Namib.
